Terms & Conditions


After completing the online registration, please make sure you receive a confirmation email to ensure that you have been successfully registered for the conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In the event conference is cancelled, fee is 100% refundable
  • Fees for the 2021 ICS Cyber Security Conference are non-refundable after September 30, 2021
  • Paid registrants who do not submit request by September 30, 2021, do not send a substitute attendee, or are “no shows” at the conference, forfeit any registration fees paid.

  • Registrants who would like to cancel may substitute another individual by contacting the conference support team at [email protected] or calling the customer service number below.

  • Paid registrants who cancel and do not substitute another person will receive a refund less a $200 processing/cancellation fee if Wired Business Media is notified in writing by September 30, 2021.

  • If an individual has mistakenly registered twice for the same event, they must contact the SecurityWeek event management team by September 30, 2021 or they will be responsible for fee associated with both registrations.

  • If you are unable to travel to the conference due to a COVID-19 restriction, (e.g. lockdown enforced in your country, Visa restrictions, etc), a full refund will be provided.
  • Wired Business Media reserves the right to cancel duplicate or unpaid registrations without notice.

  • In the event that the conference is cancelled by Wired Business Media, registrants will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid or have the opportunity to apply funds toward another SecurityWeek-branded event, including the 2022 ICS Cyber Security Conference. In the event of a conference cancellation, requests for refunds will be processed within 30 days.

RECEIPTS

Receipts are automatically generated from the online (CVENT) registration system after a registration is completed and paid in full. Payment receipts are sent via email to the registrant’s email address.

Credit Cards: Refunds for registrations paid for by credit card can only be credited to the original credit card charged.

Checks: Payments made via check will be refunded with a check. Check refunds will be issued 45 following the date of receipt of cancellation.

Wires: Payments made via bank wire will be refunded via bank wire. Wire refunds will be processed 45 from the date of receipt of cancellation. Wire payments will incur an additional $75 processing fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
