IT/OT Convergence - How to Make Tenuous, Ingenious
About This Session
IT and OT have long operated with different priorities, but increasingly connected industrial environments are forcing those worlds together.
In this session, Chris Wiwczaroski shares real-world lessons from managing a complex OT environment and building a stronger partnership with IT and InfoSec. He’ll explore how trust, governance, vulnerability management, audits, and network segmentation can improve both operational resilience and cybersecurity.
Attendees will leave with practical insight into making IT/OT convergence less contentious, more collaborative, and ultimately more effective.
